Whilst being at the meeting by 7am is an enigma to me, it is well worth the effort. It is great to spend time with a varied group of business people and share information with them. The group has brought us a considerable amount of business - not only working for the members themselves, but also for companies that they have referred to us. Plus I get to have a Full English breakfast once a week!
